I believe that all children can learn and be motivated to become life long learners and reach their potential. I believe that to accomplish optimal student learning we need to apply the same principles we apply to teaching students to the training and supervision of teachers. A collaborative, supportive, success oriented approach which respects the natural learning process of teachers as well as students with emphasis on straight forward quality feedback, reflective thinking, discussion and high standards will help encourage teachers build on their strengths, empowering them to take initiative for their own learning.
